Elite Insurance Partners (EIP) is hiring motivated, competitive, and coachable individuals to join our Medicare Insurance Sales team in Tampa, Florida.

What You'll Do

• Connect with individuals interested in Medicare insurance coverage
• Understand client needs and explain available Medicare plan options
• Help eligible clients make informed coverage decisions
• Build trust, answer questions, and handle objections professionally
• Follow EIP's sales process and applicable Medicare compliance requirements
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Apply coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance
• Deliver a positive, ethical, and professional client experience

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work full-time and onsite in Tampa, Florida
• Willingness to complete all required training and licensing requirements
