GoLean Health is hiring a Patient Care Communications Specialist to support a growing U.S.-based chiropractic healthcare clinic.
This is a patient-facing, high-volume communication role. You will serve as the first point of contact for current and prospective patients through phone calls, text messages, voicemails, emails, and scheduling support.
We are looking for someone who is warm, reliable, easy to understand, highly organized, and capable of handling patient concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
The client will make the final schedule assignment based on clinic coverage needs and candidate strength.

Candidates must be comfortable working during U.S. Eastern Time hours, including overnight schedules in the Philippines.
