Why this role matters

As part of the Medical Department, you will be a key part in ensuring that Biocodex’s products, scientific data, and key medical messages are communicated clearly, accurately, and effectively.
Your mission is responsible for delivering medical and product training to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and internal teams, ensuring effective communication of Biocodex's scientific information. The role also supports the Medical Manager in medical education initiatives, scientific events, expert engagement, and the development of medical materials.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will:

Training Program Development

  • Develop, design, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive medical and product training programs for internal staff (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and external healthcare professionals (HCPs) covering Microbiota, Women's Health, and established products. Develop high-quality training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, training manuals, and other educational resources. Ensure training content is scientifically accurate, up to date, and aligned with current evidence, company strategy, and local regulations. Promote the adoption of digital learning solutions and innovative training approaches to enhance learning effectiveness.

Training Delivery:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for Sales, Marketing, distributors, and HCPs on disease awareness, scientific knowledge, and Biocodex products within the assigned therapeutic areas. Facilitate both face-to-face and virtual training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and participant engagement. Adapt training content and delivery methods according to the audience, ranging from scientific education for HCPs to practical product training for commercial teams. Act as a scientific resource during internal meetings and training events.

Assessment & Evaluation

  • Assess participants' knowledge and competencies before and after training through quizzes, assessments, and practical evaluations. Provide constructive feedback and identify learning needs to support continuous capability development. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve content and delivery based on business needs, participant feedback, and marketing priorities. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and assessment results. Prepare regular reports on training performance, effectiveness, and improvement opportunities. Ensure all training materials and activities comply with local healthcare regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Medical Affairs assignment

  • Support the Medical Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned Medical Affairs activities. Assist in the organization and execution of Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, advisory boards, scientific meetings, and other medical events. Contribute to the development, review, and localization of medical and scientific materials, ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance with internal approval processes. Coordinate with external experts, healthcare professionals, and medical communication partners as required for assigned projects.
  • Provide scientific support to cross-functional teams and contribute to other Medical Affairs initiatives as assigned by the Medical Manager.

What you bring

  • A degree in medicine, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, or a related field is required
  • Proven experience in a similar role within in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, ideally in a medical training, medical affairs, or clinical education role.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, disease states, and pharmaceutical products. Proficiency in creating training materials, including presentations, videos, and e-learning modules. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional or fluent English.
  • Ability to prioritize, structure, and move work forward with sound judgment.
  • A working style that balances autonomy, high standards, and collaboration.
  • A genuine interest in how AI can be applied in business, with a responsible mindset focused on quality, efficiency, and performance.
