Job Description

ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks Medical Technologist (Quality Assurance) to be based in Mandalay. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of the quality improvement for HIV viral load (VL) laboratory.
ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Medical Technologist (Quality Assurance) position by June 2026. The successful candidate will hold a Medical Laboratory Sciences or its equivalent and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in HIV laboratory, preferably with experience in implementing quality assurance related to the HIV VL testing.
The incumbent will work 5 days a week, with regular reporting of working schedule to Quality Improvement Officer. The incumbent will also have good computer literacy (Microsoft Office package) and internet literacy.
