Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure/Certification: Must be certified by ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification and maintain certification. If a new grad, must be able to successfully pass certification exam within 6 months of hire. Failure to pass can result in termination of employment. No license required in MS.
