As a Medical Team Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Medical Affairs activities and ensuring the seamless execution of events, projects, and operational processes. You will coordinate and contribute to a broad range of Medical Affairs operations including managed access programs, study support activities, medical governance, procurement processes, medical projects to deliver compliant, high-quality initiatives that advance patient care. Working in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment, you will manage events, promotional and non-promotional materials, contracts, budgets, and business-critical systems. You will act as a trusted expert on compliance processes, helping ensure activities meet regulatory, legal, and data privacy requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and proactive professional who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and driving operational excellence.

The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
