Job Responsibilities

As a Med Surgical Nurse, you will:

• Deliver quality, patient-centered care to individuals in a variety of settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.
• Provide direct, individualized nursing care based on scientific principles and nursing best practices.
• Monitor patient health status, provide interventions, and educate patients on their care needs.
• Uphold the standards of the Texas Nurse Practice Act at all times.

Qualifications

• Education Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Diploma or Associate Degree).
• Licenses/Certifications
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• CPR-BCLS certification.
• ACLS certification (required within the orientation period).
• NIH Stroke Scale certification (required before completion of orientation).
• Experience No previous experience required; training and support are provided.
• Skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of telemetry monitoring and nursing best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
