Pay Rate: $15-$26/hour

Caring Place Healthcare Group is seeking a reliable and organized Medical Supply Clerk to support daily operations by ensuring the right supplies are always available when needed. This role is essential to maintaining efficiency, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring residents receive high-quality care without interruption.

Your Role as a Medical Supply Clerk:

  • Maintain accurate inventory of all medical supplies to support smooth facility operations
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and invoicing
  • Communicate with nursing staff to ensure supply availability and needs are met
  • Prepare rooms for new admissions by ensuring all required supplies are in place prior to arrival
  • Review invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Ensure all supply storage areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • Assist with new staff orientation and ongoing training related to supply tracking systems
  • Attend required in-service programs, workshops, and meetings
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including universal precautions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • CNA with long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic understanding of inventory or supply management preferred
  • Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Must be in good general health and free of communicable diseases
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment or supplies exceeding 50 lbs as needed
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
