At Hospice of the Piedmont and its affiliate, Hospice of Randolph, we understand the care needs for each individual are different. Because of this, we offer individualized care that addresses the medical, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients and their families through hospice care, palliative care and grief support services. Whether an individual requires hospice care at home, in one of our partner facilities or our own 18-bed inpatient facility, Hospice Home at High Point, our interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses and counselors are committed to providing patient-centered care that focuses on making the remaining days of life a time of meaningful empowerment.
Our mission is simple: to connect individuals to the care they need on the terms they choose. Each year, we care for over 2,000 patients in our hospice program and touch the lives of thousands more through our palliative care program, Care Connection and services like Kids Path and the Grief Counseling Center.
As a whole, Hospice of the Piedmont is an innovative organization that knows our employees are our biggest asset. We believe that being a member of our team isn’t just about the work we do, but is also about belonging to a well-respected organization with meaningful ties to the community.
