  • Provide direct patient care as needed, including clinical support and patient education
  • Oversee clinical workflows such as scheduling, triage, prior authorizations, and follow-up coordination
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards (HRSA, NCQA, CARF, etc.)
  • Manage lab operations, medication storage, vaccines, and supply inventory in alignment with safety standards
  • Collaborate with leadership on program operations, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement efforts, including team meetings and performance initiatives
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinical support staff
  • Promote a culture of compassionate, culturally responsive, and patient-centered care

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Associates/Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
  • At least two (2) years’ experience preferred
  • LPN with experience in supervision, care management or equivalent considered with approval from Vice President of Primary Care Operations
  • Working Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment required
  • RN or LPN license in Missouri required

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Thrive in a leadership role while still enjoying hands-on clinical work
  • Bring a collaborative, team-first mindset and enjoy mentoring others
  • Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Have a strong understanding of clinical operations, compliance, and quality standards
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both staff and patients
  • Are passionate about improving access to care and supporting the health and well-being of underserved communities
