General

The Medical Science Liaison/Sr Medical Science Liaison will be responsible for in-field execution of the medical affairs strategy of the designated therapeutic area and provide scientific support for marketed products and products in development.

EssentialFunctionsofthe job:

This position supports the execution of the Medical Affairs plan in the field for the designated therapeutic area. The MSL/Sr MSL (Medical Science Liaison) is the vital contact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), Health Care Providers (HCP) and other key stakeholders for BeOne Medicines. The MSL/Sr MSL will identify scientific opportunities to partner with external stakeholders and generate insights to enhance BeOne's Medical Affairs (MA) andclinical development plans. The MSL/Sr MSLisrequired to combine their clinical expertisewith strong businessacumenand presentationskills to serve as the key channel of information for KOLs via scientific exchange.

Additionalrepresentativeresponsibilitiesinclude,butarenotnecessarilylimitedto, the following:

Execute the Field Engagement Plan and support business objectives, such as Advisory board meetings, national/regional educational meetings, scientific conferences, KOL development programs, etc., and ensure its successful implementation.

Implement scientific communicationstrategy including key publications from BeOne trials and key messages in therapeutic area to support business strategies and life cycle management.

Assist with execution of the MA plan todevelop integratedKOL list, ensure sufficient KOL coverage by field visits & educational meetings, scientific projects, speaker training, etc. and ensure proper tracking of these activities

Work with KOLs inthe relevant field to understand current clinical practice, challenges and areas of unmet need.Share insightswith the wider organizationto inform and guidestrategy as needed

Actively participate incross functional meetings and share external customers' insights withinternal stakeholders

Work closely with other members of the BeOne team to establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders for and on behalf of BeOne in all relevant areas to promote the Company's reputation, dedication to patients, and expertise in these areas.

Support the Global Clinical Operations team in assessing trials, identifying trial sites & new investigators,managing trials and ensuringtimely deliveryof our clinicaltrial program inSingapore

Ensure compliance with country directives andensure all MA activities are conducted withthe utmost integrity.

Qualification Required:

Education/Experience Required:

M.D. physician, pharmacy degree, life science degree with significant experience inall aspects of medical affairs and clinical trials and professional knowledge and skills working with Hematologists / Oncologists

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Relevant pharmaceutical or related industry experience in medical affairs with significant time in Haematology/Oncology.

  • Proven peer relationshipswith and exposureto external scientificand clinical expertsand Key Opinion Leaders (KOL); demonstrated ability to proactively engage internal and external leaders and serve as a medical expert for relevant therapeutic area.

  • Understanding of applicable rules, regulations and actions ofrelevant regulatory bodiesin Singapore.

  • Proven ability to translate and appropriatelyalign commercialand scientific goals and objectives and to interact productively with both commercial and scientific colleagues.

  • Highestethicalstandardsincorporatemedical governance.

  • Experiencedeliveringcompellingandpersuasivecommunicationson complextopicsto KOLs

  • Successfultrackrecordof cross-business/cross-functionalcollaborationandsolution building.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to allow for successful interaction withpeers across the organization to achieve corporate goals.

  • Excellentwrittenandoralcommunication skills.

  • Englishproficiencya must.

  • Abilityto travelregionallyandinternationallyas required
