As a member of Rhythm’s North America Field Medical team, the Sr. Manager, Field Medical serves as a trusted scientific partner to the medical and scientific community, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the assigned geography. Through high-quality scientific exchange, the individual serves as a credible resource on disease state, clinical, and scientific data, supporting the advancement of Rhythm’s Medical Affairs objectives.
The Sr. Manager, Field Medical engages with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, investigators, and professional societies to generate actionable insights, advance scientific collaboration, and support the execution of Rhythm's medical strategy. The role contributes to evidence generation and Medical Affairs initiatives by identifying scientific opportunities, supporting appropriate research collaborations, and engaging in advisory boards, educational activities, and other scientific exchange opportunities that inform strategy and strengthen external scientific partnerships.
The territory geography covers New York Metro and candidates must be based in Manhattan.
This role is field based. Candidates applying must be willing and able to travel frequently and have easy access to transportation and airports.
The expected salary range for this position is $135,000-215,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, level, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance. This role may be eligible for benefits and other compensation such as restricted stock units.
