The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced medical professional to join our Rare Diseases team in Poland as MSL Lead on a 6–12 month secondment In this newly created role, you will lead a field medical team through a period of significant portfolio expansion, shaping how field medical leadership operates within our rare disease organization.

You will directly lead a team of MSLs, acting as the bridge between medical strategy and field execution ensuring strategic alignment across a diverse, multi-disease portfolio.

What We Are Looking For

  • Science, clinical, or pharmacy degree; advanced degree desirable

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience with strong understanding of medical affairs

  • Scientific credibility and ability to rapidly master complex therapeutic areas

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance frameworks

  • Strategic mindset – ability to prioritize, make trade-offs, and translate strategy into action

  • Fluent Polish and English

  • Willingness to travel substantially across Poland

  • Experience in rare diseases, specialty care, or building new team functions is a strong advantage.
