At Mundipharma, we are proud of the work we do to bring innovative treatments to patients. We challenge ourselves constantly to deliver more for patients, healthcare professionals, our partners, and our employees.
The Team
The Medical Science Liaison will join the Medical Affairs team in France focussing on the Infectiology therapeutic area and will cover the North half of France including areas such as Paris, Lille, Rennes and Nancy. The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) plays a pivotal role in establishing scientific leadership by building and nurturing trusted, professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and decision-makers. Acting as a vital scientific bridge, you will engage the external medical community in peer-to-peer scientific exchanges, providing them with the latest clinical data while expertly responding to complex medical inquiries. Additionally, you will deliver essential medical training and clinical support to both external HCPs and internal commercial teams. Role and Responsibilities
Develop HCP list including key external experts (KEEs), territory coverage plan and build external engagement plans.
Share emerging on-label data or disease information with HCPs, discussing all aspects of the data in a scientific, objective and balanced way.
Work with KEEs/HCPs as partners in scientific activities that help advance disease understanding
Identify potential speakers and review scientific data to prepare them, if appropriate
Interact with the medical community in the context of various medical projects, such as clinical trials, investigator-initiated trials (IITs), scientific exchange meetings etc.
Provide non-promotional scientific support to other company activities (i.e. hospital formulary listing/payer activities/speaker training meetings).
Respond to unsolicited requests for information about Mundipharma products, including products in development, in a timely, objective and scientifically balanced manner.
Integrate scientific knowledge with insights from scientific interactions with HCPs and provide the Mundipharma organization with an understanding of the local medical community, clinical practice trends and real or perceived gaps in current scientific knowledge and medical treatment and product data.
Where applicable, provide medical and scientific expertise in the brand/therapy area to internal stakeholders, including conduct of therapeutic area and product training to commercial colleagues.
Remain abreast of the latest scientific knowledge and developments in defined domains of expertise, including by means of participation in structured training programs.
