Level 4Acts as a scientific partner to HCPs, building strong relationships and supporting evidence-based decision making. Drives value creation by aligning stakeholder needs with Novartis resources to improve patient outcomes and access

Major Accountabilities

• Identifying segments, and strategically engaging key experts in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responding to unsolicited requests with compliant scientific data and involving HCPs in activities such as advisory boards and education.
• Engaging in scientific discussions with HCPs to exchange knowledge and sharing emerging data. Collecting and translating field insights to inform and shape medical strategy.
• Implementing global and local medical projects aligned with strategic priorities. Contributing to initiatives such as registries, epidemiology, and multidisciplinary collaborations to improve patient care.
• Providing scientific training and mentoring to internal teams and colleagues. Contributes to medical strategy by integrating external insights and supporting cross-functional alignment.
• Ensuring all activities are conducted in full compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Maintaining accurate reporting of adverse events and supports a culture of integrity and inclusiveness.
• Managing a defined list of core experts with structured engagement plans and regular assessments. Delivering strong field presence, high-quality interactions, and timely execution of assigned activities.

Ideal Background

Education

Minimum: MD (Medical Doctor), Pharmacist, or Dentist

Experience

•Pharmaceutical industry (in a Medical Affairs’ role) or healthcare business experience

•Strong medical and scientific bases and agility to transverse the diseases’ arena

•Good planning and organizational skills

•Strong business acumen

•Strong communication skills and customer orientation

•Strong medical and scientific writing skills

•Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills

Languages

•Fluent English (verbal and written)

•Fluent Turkish (verbal and written)
