We are searching for the best talent for Medical Science Liaison in Casablanca or Rabat, Morocco.

A Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field-based scientific expert responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs), while generating actionable medical insights to support Medical Affairs strategy.

The role focuses on:

  • Delivering high-level scientific exchange with external stakeholders
  • Acting as the primary link between field insights and internal strategy
  • Supporting evidence generation, medical education, and product understanding
  • Ensuring full compliance with medical and regulatory frameworks

This is a non-promotional, science-driven role with strong field engagement.

1. Scientific Engagement & KOL Management

  • Establish and maintain trusted scientific partnerships with KOLs and HCPs
  • Lead scientific discussions on disease management, clinical data, and treatment landscape
  • Identify and develop emerging experts and rising leaders

2. Medical Insights Generation

  • Capture field-based insights from KOL interactions
  • Translate insights into strategic recommendations for Medical Affairs
  • Identify unmet medical needs and trends in clinical practice

3. Scientific Communication & Education

  • Deliver scientific presentations and discussions to HCPs
  • Support medical education activities and congress engagements
  • Provide accurate, balanced, and up-to-date clinical information

4. Support to Medical Strategy

  • Provide field insights into CVT / medical planning processes
  • Support execution of local medical plans
  • Align field activities with regional/global strategy

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with: Medical Advisors Regulatory Affairs Market Access & Commercial teams (non-promotional interface)
  • Provide scientific input for internal decision-making

6. Compliance & Ethical Engagement

  • Ensure all interactions follow: HCC and compliance policies and Medical review requirements (iMR processes)
  • Maintain strict non-promotional scientific role boundaries
