
Central Coast Hospice is a locally owned and operated organization with an excellent reputation throughout the Central Coast. We are seeking a full-time Scheduler to join our Home Health team in our San Luis Obispo office.
The Scheduler will coordinate and schedule all team member care/visits, answer multiple phone lines for a variety of disciplines with accuracy and efficiency, answer questions and assist patients to ensure patient care is planned, coordinated and delivered appropriately while dealing with constant interruptions with the ability to stay on task and re-prioritize workload as needed.
Work Schedule: Full-time 8 AM-5 PM, Monday through Friday with weekend rotation
