As a Medical Sales Specialist, you will take ownership of the Sydney territory, educating medical professionals on the benefits of our client’s product range. Reporting to the State Manager, you will foster strong relationships with Doctors, Specialists, Pharmacists, and key healthcare stakeholders to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Educate prescribers on new products and its prescribing guidelines.
• Implement and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy within your territory.
• Conduct presentations and educational sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Respond promptly to prescriber inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TGA, NIIM, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Utilise CRM tools effectively to track and manage sales activities and insights.
About You
We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual who is eager to make an impact in a fast-growing, innovative industry. You will be passionate about healthcare education and building long-term professional relationships.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
• Background in Medical Liaison, Pharmaceutical Sales, or Healthcare (preferred).
• Proven ability to develop and manage a sales territory, exceed sales targets, and build strong client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals.
• Proactive, resilient, and self-motivated approach to work.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply new scientific, technical, and commercial knowledge.
• A qualification in Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or a related field is desirable.
• Experience in the medical cannabis industry is advantageous but not essential.
