A Day in the Life

Join Medtronic as a Medical Sales Representative and help healthcare professionals improve patient outcomes through innovative surgical technologies. In this role, you will develop the business across the Kuyavian-Pomeranian and Greater Poland Voivodeships, working with a broad portfolio that includes surgical stapling systems, electrosurgery solutions and hemostatic products. This is an opportunity to combine consultative selling, clinical education and long-term customer partnership within a global leader in healthcare technology.

This is a field-based role with a preferred place of residence in Toruń, Bydgoszcz or Poznań. Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is required to support hospitals, operating room teams, procurement departments and other key stakeholders. You will work independently while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, operations and clinical partners, and you will be responsible for developing opportunities, managing customer relationships and delivering agreed commercial objectives.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Promote and sell Medtronic products and services across the Kuyavian-Pomeranian and Greater Poland Voivodeships, with a focus on surgical stapling systems, electrosurgery solutions and hemostatic
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital management, procurement teams and other administrative stakeholders
• Identify customer needs, develop sales opportunities and recommend solutions that maximize the clinical and business value of Medtronic offerings
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and educational sessions for healthcare professionals
• Conduct market research, assess competitor activity and identify opportunities for business and market development
• Implement regional sales and market development plans, adapting activities to local customer needs and market conditions
• Provide structured customer feedback on products, applications and market developments to internal stakeholders, including Marketing and Operations

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience; experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Communicative English skills sufficient for a professional business environment
• High resilience and the ability to perform effectively in a demanding, target-driven environment
• Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach, together with strong organization, time-management skills and a valid driving licence

Previous experience working with surgical products, operating room stakeholders or hospital tender processes would be desirable, but it is not essential.
