We are a rapidly expanding medical equipment procurement company serving over 1,000 hospitals, diagnostic centres, and clinics nationwide. Our portfolio includes diagnostic imaging systems, laboratory equipment, surgical instruments, and medical consumables.
Following strong market penetration in Lagos, the company is expanding nationally, with Port Harcourt identified as a key strategic growth market.
Port Harcourt, as the commercial hub of Rivers State and Nigerias oil capital, presents a high-value healthcare market. The territory includes corporate and oil-sector medical centres, private hospitals serving expatriate and executive populations, government institutions, and a dense network of community clinics.
This role offers the opportunity to establish and grow the companys presence in the South-South region, driving market expansion and building a strong regional client base.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets within the Port Harcourt territory
Conduct a minimum of five (5) facility visits daily across assigned corridors
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, facility mapping, pitching, quoting, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up
Maintain a qualified sales pipeline of at least 3x monthly revenue target
Onboard a minimum of five (5) new client facilities monthly
Submit daily and weekly sales reports including visits, quotations, orders, and pipeline updates
Identify and pursue corporate/oil-sector medical facility opportunities and capital equipment deals
Capture and update facility data (GPS coordinates, contacts, equipment inventory) in the companys CRM system
Minimum of 2 years B2B field sales experience in medical equipment, diagnostics, healthcare products, or high-value healthcare sales
Must be based in Port Harcourt with strong knowledge of the citys healthcare landscape
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to navigate both corporate/oil-sector and community healthcare procurement environments
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while reporting remotely
Smartphone with reliable internet access for daily digital reporting
Existing relationships with oil-sector medical facilities, teaching hospitals, or private hospitals in Port Harcourt
Background in biomedical sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline
Experience with corporate procurement processes in the oil and gas sector
Experience using CRM tools and digital reporting platforms
Competitive base salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month (based on experience)
Uncapped commission on all closed deals
Monthly transport allowance for territory coverage
