We are a rapidly expanding medical equipment procurement company serving over 1,000 hospitals, diagnostic centres, and clinics nationwide. Our portfolio includes diagnostic imaging systems, laboratory equipment, surgical instruments, and medical consumables. With over 500,000 items delivered, we are growing our field sales team across Lagos and beyond.
The Ikeja–Ogba–Agege corridor is one of Lagos densest and most commercially active healthcare zones, with 400+ healthcare facilities including government hospitals, private specialists, and diagnostic centres. This is a high-potential territory offering strong recurring revenue opportunities and pipeline growth.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional familiar with the area who can represent the company and drive measurable results.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets across the Ikeja/Ogba/Agege territory
Conduct a minimum of five (5) facility visits per day
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, facility mapping, pitching, quoting, closing, and post-sale follow-up
Maintain a qualified pipeline of at least 3x monthly revenue target
Onboard a minimum of five (5) new client facilities per month
Submit daily and weekly sales reports (visits, quotes, orders, pipeline updates)
Identify and escalate opportunities for capital equipment, turnkey projects, and bulk procurement
Capture facility data (GPS coordinates, contact details, equipment inventory) for the CRM
Minimum 1 year of B2B field sales experience in medical equipment, diagnostics, or healthcare products
Resident of Ikeja, Ogba, Agege, Ojodu, or surrounding areas with strong territory knowledge
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong interpersonal skills with doctors, procurement officers, and hospital administrators
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Smartphone with reliable internet access for daily digital reporting
Existing relationships with hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centres in the Ikeja axis
Background in biomedical sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or related healthcare discipline
Experience using CRM tools and digital reporting
Competitive base salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month (based on experience)
Uncapped commission on all closed deals
Monthly transport allowance for field coverage
Structured onboarding: product training, territory orientation, and mentoring
