Territory Sales Representative — Neuromodulation

Territory:
St. Louis, MO
Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 Base | $200,000+ OTE | Uncapped Commission (Up to 20%)

Fallstaff Search is partnering with a rapidly growing neuromodulation company to identify a Territory Sales Representative to lead and expand a well-established territory in St Louis.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated orthopedic, spine, or interventional pain sales professional who wants to take full ownership of a territory, build their own business, and earn uncapped commissions with significant upside.

The role comes with an existing book of business, strong clinical adoption, and substantial runway for growth driven by innovative neuromodulation technology that is gaining momentum across the pain management and orthopedic market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a defined territory across Missouri
Expand utilization within existing pain management and orthopedic accounts
Develop relationships with physicians, surgeons, and clinical teams
Provide case coverage and clinical support during procedures
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory
Execute strategic territory plans to meet and exceed sales goals

Ideal Candidate

Experience in neuromodulation, interventional pain, spine, F&A, or orthopedic medical device sales
Clinical specialists ready to step into full sales responsibility are encouraged to apply
Existing relationships within pain management or orthopedic call points
preferred
Highly self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable running and growing a territory independently
