Salary: ₦150,000 Monthly Gross + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Our client, a leading healthcare and diagnostic organization, is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Medical Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand market penetration for its diagnostic and radiology services within Abuja and surrounding regions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting diagnostic imaging services, building strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, generating referrals, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate must possess strong healthcare sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the healthcare industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Sales
Promote and market the organization's diagnostic and radiology services to hospitals, clinics, medical centers, specialist practices, HMOs, corporate organizations, and healthcare stakeholders.
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to increase patient referrals and revenue generation.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors, consultants, radiologists, hospital administrators, laboratory managers, and healthcare decision-makers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Conduct regular field visits and client engagement activities within assigned territories.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with referring physicians and healthcare institutions.
Provide timely responses to client enquiries and service-related concerns.
Ensure excellent customer experience and client satisfaction.
Follow up on referrals, service utilization, and client feedback.
Market Development
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitor activities.
Develop referral networks across public and private healthcare facilities.
Promote awareness of available diagnostic and radiology services through presentations and educational engagements.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns, medical outreaches, and awareness programs.
Product & Service Promotion
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and clinical value of diagnostic and radiology services.
Educate healthcare providers on available imaging services, procedures, and reporting timelines.
Organize product presentations and service demonstrations where necessary.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's service offerings and industry developments.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client visits, referrals, and business opportunities.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track sales performance against established targets and KPIs.
Update CRM and customer databases regularly.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with radiologists, radiographers, customer service teams, and management to improve service delivery.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth initiatives.
Participate in industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Biological Sciences, Medical Laboratory Science, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
Professional sales or marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
Additional healthcare-related certifications are desirable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must possess:
Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, medical equipment, radiology, or healthcare services sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Experience working with hospitals, clinics, HMOs, and healthcare professionals.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and referral-based business development.
Existing network within the Abuja healthcare ecosystem will be an added advantage.
