We are looking for an experienced representative who wants to take responsibility for the assigned region, actively develop its potential, and strengthen STADA's position with doctors.

Your region will include: České Budějovice, Český Krumlov, Strakonice, Písek, Tábor, Prachatice, Jindřichův Hradec

Your role will include:

• Representing STADA and developing the Rx portfolio in the assigned region through professional visits to doctors and pharmacies
• Focusing primarily on doctors in the fields of internal medicine, oncology, pain management, cardiology, diabetology, palliative care, and general practitioners
• Participating in the support of product launches and their professional communication towards doctors
• Planning and managing activities in the region to consistently meet business goals
• Working with data, the region's potential, and activity results to set priorities
• Building long-term relationships with doctors and strengthening STADA's position in the given segments
• Collaborating with colleagues across the team and proactively sharing information from the field

What we expect from you:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical market, medical environment, or a related field
• Ability to conduct professional communication with doctors and good medical orientation
• Experience with the Rx portfolio or motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with this area
• Business thinking and result orientation
• Ability to work systematically and utilize the potential of the assigned region
• Ability to work with data and use it for planning and evaluating activities
• Independence, reliability, and good organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to develop long-term relationships
• Proactive approach to collaboration with colleagues
• Willingness to spend most of your time in the field
• A category B driver's license
