
职位介绍
1. 负责在市场上推广和介绍公司产品,客户管理、渠道拓展和客户忠诚度建设工作;
2. 根据公司策略灵活应对竞争,完成公司制定的销售目标;
3. 拜访目标医院,了解医生对公司产品的看法, 建立与更新客户档案,与客户建立专业及良好的关系,
4. 掌握市场动态,及时反馈客户关于市场趋势及产品和竞品之信息;
5. 协助组织产品研讨会,与现有客户保持良好关系,开发潜力客户
6. 与后端团队合作顺畅,共同促进业绩目标的实现
任职要求
1. 医学,药学,护理,医药市场营销等相关专业大专或以上学历
2. 2-3年以上医药销售相关经验
3. 有一定的计算机操作技能
4. 与客户建立良好关系,培养潜在客户及开发新客户的能力
5. 积极主动、外向热情、具备良好的沟通技能
6. 有良好的渠道管理能力、关系建立能力
