Job Purpose

As a Medical Representative, your primary responsibility will be to visit customers - pharmacies and doctors, with Zentiva portfolio, to promote our products in line with company guidelines. You will build and maintain effective and professional relationships with customers, ensuring they receive the latest information about our products.

Main responsibilities:

• To perform visits to Zentiva customers and effectively promote company products
• To develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with customers
• Contribute on identifying and prioritizing new and existing customers in line with marketing strategy
• To organize meetings and educational seminars according to Zentiva strategy
• To follow team work principles, share knowledge and ideas with colleagues in order to improve common team result

Requirements:

• University or professional college degree (medical, pharmaceutical, biology preferred, but not limited)
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build professional partnerships
• Great presentation skills
• Fast learner
• Growth mindset, resilience and strong accountability
• Experience in medical representative, key account manager positions in pharmaceutical industry or CHC business would be considered as advantage
• IT knowledge (MS Office programs), excellent Latvian knowledge and good English knowledge for oral communication
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving environment with changing demands
• Valid B category driving license
