About the Job

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Medical Representative to join Opella on a maternity cover contract. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting our portfolio of products, and supporting medical education initiatives in your territory. You will play a key role in driving product awareness, ensuring ethical and accurate communication, and representing Opella’s commitment to improving patient outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic, mission-driven organization.

In this role you will

• Provide on time, through regular visits to pharmacies, relevant and accurate medical information about group products and how to recommend them

• Forward adequate promotion messages about the group's products by pharmacists in order to meet targets for individual work

• Organizing presentations in pharmacies, mini-seminars, local events in order to provide more information about products

• Create, maintain and develop good relationships with pharmacists and professional contacts, and all other working partners

• Communicate and collaborate with distributors in your area

About you

• Stable location: Bucharest

• Experience in a similar role in FMCG / pharma industry

• Driving license

• Excellent communication skills

• Strategic and analytic thinking, initiative and proactivity, decision making capabilities

• Romanian and English

It would be advantageous to have (not essential)

• Good PC operating skills

• Capacity to perform highly both individually and within a team

• Capacity to learn, understand and use medical information, sales and marketing tools

• Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation technics, pharma industry and pharma products

• Strong skills and experience in managing relationships with different stakeholders: healthcare professionals, pharmacies, etc.
