Key Responsibilities
Process medical record requests and ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and other confidentiality standards.
Manage incoming records.
Coordinate with providers and external agencies to support continuity of care.
Identify and resolve record deficiencies.
Support audits and ensure records are accurate and complete.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in medical records, health information management, or behavioral health setting.
Knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 required or must be obtained within a defined timeframe.
Ability to pass a level II Background clearance and drug test.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with EHR systems preferred.
