Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
The team will undertake the following activities during the pilot:
  • Patient Interaction: The nurses will interact with patients primarily located in the United States via email, text, and voice communication channels.
  • PhoneVideo Screening: The nurses will conduct thorough phone screens with patients using a predetermined script based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria provided by the clinical trial protocol.
  • Content Development: The nurses will develop or enhance phone screening scripts based on the clinical trial protocol.
  • Patient Engagement: The nurses will engage patients, confirming interest in the trial, providing clear explanations of the clinical trial's objectives, procedures, and patient responsibilities. Assist in scheduling the patient for follow-up calls and visits.
  • Medical Record Review: The nurses will review patient medical records to determine if the patients meet the clinical trial's eligibility requirements. The team may assist the process in capturing consent and confirming patient identity.
  • Coordination: The nurses will collaborate with the management team based in the North America to coordinate assignments, share information, and schedule patient interactions.
  • Time zone Availability: The nurses will be required to accommodate patients across all time zones in North America to ensure accessibility for patient interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Registered Nurse
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Strong active listening skills to understand patient concerns and tailor responses accordingly.
  • Ability to explain complex medical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in data entry and record keeping.
  • Attention to detail to accurately record and document patient information.
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer service-oriented approach to patient interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
