Now Hiring: Medical Records Director

Compensation: $30–$38/hour (DOE)

Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking an experienced Medical Records Director to join our team! We are proud to offer a supportive team environment and a reputation as a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the facility’s medical records system in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of resident records
  • Manage electronic and paper chart systems
  • Coordinate audits and assist with regulatory surveys
  • Work closely with nursing and administrative teams to support documentation practices

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in medical records within a skilled nursing or healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred
