What You'll Do

  • Maintain and organize resident medical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
  • Manage admissions, discharges, record retention, and document filing.
  • Conduct chart audits and support survey readiness efforts.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure documentation is complete and timely.
  • Serve as the facility's go-to expert for all things medical records.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in medical records, health information management, or long-term care preferred.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare documentation requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping everything on track.
