Responsibilities

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaison between operations and referring physician offices.
  • Understand all aspects of clinical operations to include: scheduling, registration, technologist’s role, etc.
  • Work directly with operations and referring practices to offer opportunities for support through office educational training (specific to their needs) and or operational assistance (ordering, scheduling job aides, image transfer protocols).
  • Look for opportunities to streamline referring physician processes, including steps that make using Advanced Radiology an important/necessary part of the process (solidifying referral/volume).
  • Offer efficient solutions and services to referring physicians that Advanced Radiology can provide on their behalf.
  • Ability to verbally communicate thoughts clearly, and express ideas clearly, concisely, and logically.
  • Written communication skills sufficient to develop and distribute written information to large groups in a clear and concise manner.
  • Represent Clinical Operations on various project teams and task force assignments.
  • Work in an organized manner, discuss ideas, and receives support before implementing.
  • In conjunction with Operations, help achieve targeted volumes for business operations to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Understand external forces in the market that could affect operations and revenues.
  • Always professional and courteous: support internal and external customers efficiently, effectively, and positively.
  • Support Operations in the sites with special project implementations and image retrieval.
  • Create solutions that add value to the organization.
  • Perform job responsibilities in an ethical, compliant manner; complies with laws affecting the workplace and /or job responsibilities. Maintains employee and patient confidentiality.
  • Work in conjunction with Operations on image retrieval and image send protocols.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • Must have 1 year of experience in eRad RIS and eRad PACS systems and can manage projects independently.
  • Understand most aspects of operations to include, scheduling, registration, RIS account review, PACS query and Patient Folder
  • Work directly with operations and referring practices to offer opportunities for support through office educational training (specific to their needs) and or operational assistance (ordering, scheduling, image and report retrieval).
  • Support Operations in the sites with special project implementations.

  • Consistently adheres to the time management policies and procedures.
  • Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 / Hourly
