About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Medical Records Clerk
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and maintaining medical records to support case management and internal workflows.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable handling sensitive information, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Request, receive, and organize medical records from providers and facilities
• 
  Review records for completeness and accuracy
• 
  Maintain and update records in internal systems
• 
  Track outstanding requests and follow up as needed
• 
  Ensure proper documentation and file organization
• 
  Assist with summarizing or indexing medical records when required
• 
  Communicate with providers and internal team members
• 
  Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with data privacy standards

Qualifications

• 
  Previous experience in medical records, healthcare administration, or a similar role preferred
• 
  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• 
  Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• 
  Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• 
  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
• 
  Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or case management systems
• 
  Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
• 
  Must be located outside the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• 
  Experience with personal injury or legal-related medical records
• 
  Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
• 
  Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare providers
