Provided administrative support by entering client information, reviewing documents for accuracy, and scanning records into the electronic medical records system. Maintained data in tracking systems, scheduled appointments for psychiatrists, and assisted with front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and processing mail. Ordered office supplies, maintained office equipment, audited scanned client records for errors or missing documents, and ensured corrections were completed. Also provided telephone support by directing calls, taking messages, and offering coverage for other Community Services staff and programs as needed.
