Our growing, fast-paced medical practice is looking for a Medical Receptionist/Scheduler to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys connecting with patients, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Bilingual in English and Spanish? That's a huge plus!
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience and helping our clinic run smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do
✅ Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for
✅ Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
✅ Register patients and verify information
✅ Collect co-pays and process payments
✅ Communicate with patients through phone, text, and fax
✅ Support providers and team members in a fast-paced environment
✅ Help create an outstanding patient experience every day
What We're Looking For
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ 3+ years of medical reception and customer service experience
✔ Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Professional phone etiquette
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
✔ Positive attitude, dependability, and a team-first mindset
Schedule
Full-Time (38 hours per week)
