We partner with leading Ophthalmologists to help them realize the value of their hard work to develop the practice. Once an acquisition is complete we focus on developing and funding, customized growth strategies with our physician partners to maximize the future of the practice. We also provide administrative support including finance and accounting, HR and benefits, staff recruitment and training as well as ASC development.
