About our Medical Receptionist position
Under the supervision and direction of the Health Center Manager, provides support to patients and co-workers by performing, with accuracy and timeliness, a variety of clinical and administrative tasks in different areas of the health center.
What will you be doing!
Responding to patient requests and coordinating services. Answering questions, providing patient education and referrals. Providing excellent customer service to patients and co-workers. Assisting with keeping appointments on time and optimizing the flow. Performing all front office responsibilities as required by the health center.
High school diploma
One to two years’ experience in a medical setting.
Travel to other health centers.
Experience with reproductive healthcare in a clinical office or hospital setting with knowledge of EHR.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $22.50 per hour
