Veteran-led and clinician-managed, we deliver compassionate, expert medical care, establishing personal bonds with our Veterans in our Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC’s). We have consistently achieved high marks from the VA in our CBOC’s, and we are excited to discover first-rate colleagues to join our group.  RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming, and confidential environment for our Veterans who have served our country valiantly. We are seeking caring professionals who are driven and committed to ensuring the well-being of our nation's Veterans.

• Office hours are Mon - Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm
• This is a Full - Time position.
• Greet patients for check-in or check-out.
• Verify all clinical reminders have been completed before discharge.
• Maintain patient records and enrollment tasks.
• Assist Nurse Manager/Clinic Administrator with inventory and supplies.
• Additional Administrative duties such as phones, filing, and maintaining the office.

  REQUIREMENTS: 

• High School Diploma/GED 
• Excellent computer skills to include the MS Office Suite
• Experience scheduling for providers is required
• Clinic experience preferred
• VA experience a plus - CPRS/VISTA GUI!
• Demonstrated high-quality customer service & organizational skills
• Basic Life Support certification from The American Heart Association (to be renewed annually)
