Busy Dermatologist office seeks team player for full-time Receptionist.

The ideal candidate will be energetic and able to remain focused in a busy atmosphere while delivering a high level of customer service.

Job Description

• Greet patients as they arrive
• Answer phone calls
• Check patients in and out
• Enter demographics and insurance into EMR
• Schedule appointments
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Customer service
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Candidates must consent and pass a criminal background check
• Possess the ability to work as a Team

Job Type:

• Full-Time: Monday through Thursday 7:45 to 4:30/5:00 pm and Fridays 7:45am to 1:00pm

Experience:

• 2 years’ medical office experience preferred, not required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Certifications:

• Administrative Assistant certificate preferred but not required
