About the role

Join Australia's only dedicated dermatology hospital and become part of a team committed to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys creating a positive experience for patients from their very first interaction. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Manage patient appointments, provide fee information and deliver exceptional service to patients and their families.
• Accurate patient billing and daily banking reconciliation
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
• Working closely with Doctors, administration and nursing staff

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist with a genuine commitment to patient care and excellent customer service. If you are able to demonstrate a customer service approach in all interactions, aligned with the values of The Skin Hospital, we would love to hear from you.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
• Experience working in a hospital or busy medical practice reception environment.
• Processing payments using a billing system
• Experience with health fund billing
• Experience with theatre bookings
• Ensuring a smooth clinic flow of patients
