Medical Receptionist | Local Doctors Lincoln Road

About the Role
As the welcoming face of our clinic, you'll play a key role in ensuring patients feel supported from the moment they walk through the door. Working in a busy general practice environment, you'll help coordinate patient journeys while supporting the smooth operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a warm, professional, and positive experience for patients and visitors
• Managing appointment bookings, phone enquiries, and patient communications
• Registering patients and supporting front-desk administrative processes
• Maintaining accurate patient information and medical records
• Working closely with GPs, nurses, and the wider practice team
• Helping create an organised, efficient, and welcoming clinic environment

You'll work as part of a friendly team where every day brings variety, supporting the healthcare needs of patients and families in the local community.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• A friendly, approachable, and patient-focused attitude
• Excellent communication and the ability to connect with patients for different walks of life
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
• Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service, or healthcare
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology
• The ability to remain calm, professional, and adaptable

Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential. We value attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others.
