Our Clerical Team is at the heart of every patient interaction, providing essential administrative support with professionalism, compassion, and a personal touch. With 16 clinics across Adelaide and strong relationships with leading private hospitals, our team plays a critical role in ensuring every patient’s journey is seamless and positive.

The Opportunity

We have Full Time and Part Time opportunities available.

Available roles are located in the following regions (please specify your preference in your application):

• Central Region – with shifts across Memorial Private Hospital, Campbelltown, Calvary North Adelaide Hospital, Victoria Park, and O'Connell Street.

• Southern Region – with shifts across Marion, Flinders Private Hospital, Stirling Hospital, Brighton, and Parkside.

• Northwest Region – with shifts across Playford, Salisbury, Calvary Central Districts Hospital, Port Adelaide, Woodville, and Clearview.

What You’ll Do

• Answer calls in the patient phone queue with warmth and professionalism
• Manage patient bookings and provide all necessary information (arrival times, preparation, cost estimates)
• Register and update patient information accurately to ensure seamless service
• Greet and process patients in clinic with empathy and care
• Support smooth clinic operations with general administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist (radiology experience highly regarded)
• Excellent teamwork and the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
• A calm and caring approach in a fast-paced environment
• Strong typing skills and the ability to multitask across systems
