Job Description

Integrated Dermatology Group is a leading national dermatology practice that acquires and partners with dermatology practices across the United States. This position is Monday thru Friday and can offer flexible hours.

• Answer incoming calls using a multiple line phone system.
• Triage Phone calls to Medical Assistants and Providers
• Schedule Appointments, make referrals, send medical records
• Check patients in and out using electronic medical record system, verifying insurance and collecting payments as needed.
• Reconcile end of night reports
• Provide exceptional customer service
  

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer and math skills
• Well organized and ability to multi task
• Willingness to take direction and learn new tasks as needed
• Work efficiently as part of a team.

Job Type:

• Full-time

Experience:

• 1 + year experience in dermatology or medical office preferred.

Education:

• High school diploma or higher
