We specialize in the early detection and diagnosis of skin cancer, combining clinical expertise with advanced imaging technology. We are seeking an experienced Receptionist, preferably with a background in a clinical or healthcare setting. You will be the first point of contact for patients and play an essential role in ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of our busy clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and welcoming patients on arrival
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
Invoicing and processing payments
Scheduling appointments
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
General administrative and reception duties
Preferred Experience
Previous work in a medical or healthcare environment
Knowledge of Medtech Evolution or Indici
