We are searching for a reception team member to join our team at our Emerald Clinic!
Purpose
The Check-In/Check-Out Representative is an important team member supporting the reception department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of FCH. The Check-In/Check-Out Representative shall be accountable for successfully assisting patients with the FCH check-in and checkout processes at appointments to maximize patient satisfaction and clinical operations.
Schedule - 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday - Friday daytime shifts with evening rotation approximately once every 6 weeks. Evening Clinic is Wednesday & Thursday 11:00am - 8:00pm.
