Santa Fe Recovery Center is a leading provider of substance use disorder and mental health treatment and education services. We are looking for a full-time Medical Provider to join our team at our Santa Fe offices. Experience working in the Healthcare Industry and/or Non-Profit is highly preferred. Under the direction and supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, the Medical Provider performs a medical assessment of patients and prescribes or adjusts medications as indicated. Evaluation, management, and prescribing services are rendered on-site at SFRC facilities. On-call is required under the direction of medical and executive management. The Medical Provider collaborates with nursing and medical technician staff to facilitate admission, treatment, and successful discharge of patients with co-occurring substance use disorders. Additional duties may include but are not limited to coordination of care with referral sources as well as educational support and interdisciplinary treatment consultation with patients, family members, caregivers, and staff.
