The team:

As Medical Projects Manager for the Norway West Region, You will work as part of the Medical Function and collaborate closely with the Operating Unit Medical Director, Area Medical Partner team, clinical specialists, and operational leaders.

This role sits at the heart of delivering medical improvement programmes across the region, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into practical solutions for veterinary teams. You will support initiatives such as Oral Health and help embed consistent, evidence-based approaches that improve patient outcome

The role reports to the MVH Europe Director Medical Operations and sits within the Medical Function

What we’re looking for

  • Veterinary Surgeon ((preferably RCVS registered) ) or Registered Veterinary Nurse with relevant clinical experience.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of clinical practice experience, preferably including team leadership experience

  • Training and/or experience in project management, ideally within a clinical, medical or healthcare environment.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects from planning through to implementation.

  • Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across clinical and operational teams.

  • Experience supporting behaviour change, clinical development, or implementation of new ways of working is desirable.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
