Maritime & Healthcare Group (MHG) is currently recruiting experienced healthcare professionals to support an international medical project in Poland.
This is a unique opportunity to join a multidisciplinary medical team providing emergency response, primary healthcare, pre-hospital care, medical evacuation support, and force health protection services within a multinational operational environment.
Medical Degree (MD and equivalent specialization certificate)
Valid and unrestricted medical license from an EU country, UK, or Norway
Minimum 5 years of recent clinical experience - Military deployments, Humanitarian missions, Remote medical facilities, Offshore environments, Expeditionary healthcare
Registration with a recognized medical regulatory body (e.g., GMC, Medical Chamber, Medical Council, etc.).
No active disciplinary actions.
Recent continuous clinical practice within the last 2 years proven / provide at least 2 references
Current BLS and ACLS certification, ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), ETC (European Trauma Course), PHTLS (Prehospital Trauma Life Support), TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care), TECC (Tactical Emergency Casualty Care)
Experience in Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, and Chronic Disease Management, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Military Medicine, Pre-hospital Care
Excellent English language skills. Additional languages (such as Ukranian, Polish etc) are a plus
ATLS
PHTLS
Point-of-Care Ultrasound experience
Military or NATO experience
Remote site or expeditionary medicine experience
Training on:
Camp SOPs
Incident reporting
MEDEVAC procedures
Clinical governance procedures
Health & Safety requirements
Nursing Degree, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or equivalent recognized qualification.
Valid Nursing Registration/License (EU, UK, or Norway)
Minimum 3+ years of recent clinical experience. Proved track record in similar setting(Experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, internal medicine, military medicine, or pre-hospital care)

Please note that this assignment is based within a military camp environment.
Candidates should be prepared to live and work in a structured, mission-focused setting, including shared facilities, security procedures, and operational routines. Accommodation, meals, and on-site support are provided; however, this is not a commercial or expatriate assignment and the living conditions are functional and operationally focused.
Flexibility, resilience, adaptability, and professionalism are essential for success in this role.
Starting date: January 2027
Rotations: 4 weeks on/ 4 weeks off
