The Medical Projects Manager plays a critical role in delivering high-impact medical initiatives across Linnaeus, to improve our patient outcomes while delivering meaningful commercial impact. One of the initial focus areas be on Oral Health.
This role drives the successful delivery of cross-functional medical projects from concept through implementation, embedding and evaluation. Operating at the intersection of central strategy and local execution, the Medical Projects Manager works closely with the Operating Unit Medical Director, country Area Medical Partner team (AMP) and central Medical and Operations stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered at pace, at scale and with consistency.
The role reports to the MVH Europe Director Medical Operations and sits within the Medical Function

Context & Scope
This is a cross-functional, delivery-focused role operating across the full lifecycle of medical projects — from early scoping and planning through to implementation, embedding and evaluation. Each Medical Projects Manager is embedded within an Operating Unit and works in close partnership with the OU Medical Director.
The role does not include direct line management but relies on strong influence, collaboration and execution capability, including sustained coaching, alignment and follow-through at clinic level. Success in this role directly supports FY26 Medical Operations commitments and long-term clinical capability building across Linnaeus and MVH Europe.
