Medical Program Manager – Medical Supplies Division | Brooklyn, NY · $85,000 – $120,000

About the Role This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a growing medical supplies division — managing the full patient lifecycle from referral intake through long-term service and retention. You'll sit at the intersection of operations, patient care, and vendor coordination, keeping a complex workflow running smoothly while also building the systems that make it scalable. Key Responsibilities

Patient Intake & Approvals

• Manage incoming referrals and convert them into active patients
• Coordinate equipment setup and support patient onboarding and education

Day-to-Day Operations

• Coordinate across patients, vendors, and internal teams to keep processes on track
• Troubleshoot issues including delays, missing information, and patient-facing challenges
• Ensure nothing falls through the cracks across the full service lifecycle

Patient Engagement & Retention

• Monitor usage and engagement, following up to maintain continuity of care
• Support long-term patient retention and ongoing supply fulfillment in line with compliance requirements

Program Development

• Convert loosely structured processes into clear, repeatable systems
• Define responsibilities across teams and vendors to improve efficiency and overall performance

Qualifications

• Experience managing operations within a healthcare, medical supplies, or related environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable identifying gaps in process and taking initiative to address them
• Clear communicator with a patient-centered mindset
